Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Commercial terms applying to purchases made through fahebam.com.
1. Agreement and coverage
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through fahebam.com and form part of the agreement between FaheBam™ and the customer.
Submitting an order means that you agree to these terms together with the Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty provisions.
2. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability.
Actual appearance may differ slightly because of display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or product improvements. Product experience can also vary according to the environment, maintenance, intended use, and other relevant conditions.
FaheBam™ products are consumer toys rather than medical devices. Information provided on the store does not constitute medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.
3. Order review and acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation means that the order was received; it does not by itself guarantee final acceptance.
Before an order is accepted, we may review payment, customer identity, delivery address, inventory, purchase quantity, or signs of possible fraud.
Where legally permitted, an order may be rejected, limited, or canceled because of unsuccessful payment, insufficient inventory, inaccurate pricing or site content, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions or export restrictions, or another lawful reason.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is subsequently canceled, an appropriate refund will be provided.
4. Prices, taxes, and payments
Product prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and can be changed prospectively.
Applicable discounts, shipping costs, taxes, and the final purchase amount are presented before an order is submitted.
By using a particular payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Financial institutions and payment providers determine authorization holds, foreign-exchange costs, and payment-posting times.
5. Promotions
Promotional offers can include restrictions involving eligibility, product selection, quantity, dates, geographic territory, or redemption.
Unless a promotion specifically says otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to purchases retroactively. Promotional offers may be modified or ended as permitted by law.
6. Shipping, risk, and returns
Order preparation, transportation, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the corresponding published FaheBam™ policies.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the delivery terms provided during checkout.
7. Limited warranty
Eligible FaheBam™ products include a 2-year limited warranty for qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the warranty terms supplied with the relevant product.
The warranty excludes consumable items, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or use contrary to applicable instructions.
8. Proper product use
Customers are responsible for using, caring for, maintaining, and supervising products in accordance with the instructions supplied with the applicable item.
If a product appears damaged or operates abnormally, discontinue use where appropriate and follow the relevant product or customer-support guidance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FaheBam™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from a purchase or use of a product.
When liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will generally not exceed the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Applicable principles and severability
These terms are interpreted according to applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
If one part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a particular term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
11. Updates to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be changed prospectively. The version effective when an order is accepted generally governs that purchase unless a different result is required by law.
