At FaheBam™, we want customers to feel confident when choosing toy goods from our store. This policy explains how we review return requests that meet our requirements and how refunds are handled after an eligible return has been approved.

30-Day Return Window

If the item delivered to you does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

Products must be unused and kept in their original condition to qualify for a return. When possible, please return the item with its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt, must be included with every return request.

Some products may not be eligible for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. FaheBam™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

After the returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by FaheBam™.
